A 50% deposit is required and must be received within 10 days of reservations or it is automatically cancelled. No adjustments can be made for early checkouts. check in 3 p.m. - check out 11 a.m. Baby sitting available.

Room with private bath, 1-2 people ....................$100
Stay 6 nights, the 7th is free.
Two night minimum stay.
The entire house is available for reunions, weddings, and clinics. Call for rates.

Price includes breakfast, hot tub and game room.

Barn rate, per stall per day..................................$25
Includes shavings, two hour guided trail ride, use of electric fenced pasture; no stall maintenance or feed.

Horse rental per hour ...............$35 - Two hour minimum of $70

Pets are welcome, but out of consideration for all, must stay in the barn or dog house with run.
Smoking outside only, please.
